Haynet is the host of the Country Style and Equestrian Blogger of the Year Awards. Together with equestrian, canine and country PR and digital marketing agency MirrorMePR who are sponsors and one of the judges of the award, we help recognise the wealth of creative thinking and writing skills that are out there.
The Country Style Blogger of the Year Award is held during the month of May with the Equestrian Blogger of the Year Award being held during October. The awards are promoted and an award ceremony is held through it’s dedicated Twitter Channel CSEBlogAwards. Announcements and news are also promoted through Haynet itself, its Twitter channel and the awards Facebook page.
The selection of finalists is made by the judges choosing up to twelve bloggers. Finalists are announced and then campaign for votes during a two week period. The winner and runners up are then announced after judges have taken into account 50% of the public vote during an online award ceremony. The winner receives a £100 cash prize, a trophy, a twelve month advert linking to their blog through Haynet and a free dedicated business profile through the Equestrian Creative Network. The runners up also win marketing support from Haynet.
The judges work with criteria in mind that the blogs are well written, rounded, interesting and relevant content presented to their audience with a unique personality. The blogger needs to have a connection with their readers and the judges also be taking into consideration social etiquette, post content, engagement, and interaction.
