British Dressage are running a series of Get Into Dressage days around the country, you can find your local one by visiting the regional activities page. Its worth doing even if you're a nonhorse owner like myself. I've asked and not only have heard back from them saying I'd be okay to attend, but I've been asked if I'd like to help the judge as well with write ups (I've said I'd love to :o) ).
